Rob practices in all areas of complex commercial and tort litigation. Rob has substantial experience representing banks and lenders, litigating corporate contract disputes, defending product liability cases, and defending large-scale pharmaceutical and medical device cases.
Rob’s banking litigation experience includes cases involving $40+ million secured transactions. Rob has also defended lenders against a variety of lender liability and fraud claims. Rob has also represented banks in multiple cases involving deposit and negotiable instruments.
Rob has represented pharmaceutical manufacturers in high-profile cases involving hundreds of plaintiffs and a variety of products, including prescription medications for the treatment of arthritis, depression, and GI conditions. In addition, Rob has defended cases involving a number of medical devices, including artificial back discs, mechanical heart valves, and orthopedic screws and plates. Rob’s product liability experience also includes defending cases involving a variety of automobile and bus components, as well as of the defense of multiple defendants in asbestos exposure cases.
Rob’s experience in defending business and employment tort cases includes trademark infringement, violation of non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, and employment discrimination claims.
Rob is a native Las Vegan. He joined Morris Law Group directly out of law school. In law school, Rob served as the Executive Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and was a research assistant on issues of international law for Professor Claire Germain.
