J.P. works primarily in the areas of commercial, corporate and general civil litigation. J.P. specializes in real estate litigation and has represented developers in general commercial real estate, condominium, and condominium-hotel litigation and arbitration concerning securities, lien, foreclosure, and general contract disputes surrounding the development process.

Before joining Morris Law Group, J.P. was a law clerk for United States District Court Judge James C. Mahan. He wrote briefs for the Court and prepared orders on all types of civil and criminal matters. Prior to attending law school, J.P. was a corporate real estate broker for a large commercial developer in Las Vegas. J.P. currently maintains an active Nevada real estate broker’s license.
