Jacey’s litigation practice is focused primarily on civil and commercial litigation. She represents corporations, as well as individuals, pursuing and defending lawsuits, involving contracts, leases, and torts. She has represented public utilities, technology companies, and industrial manufacturers.

Jacey joined Morris Peterson in 2005 after her clerkship for Judge Janet Berry of the Second Judicial District Court. In law school, Jacey received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for Legal Research and was a member of the Honors Moot Court Executive Board. Jacey has been an executive board member of Northern Nevada Women Lawyer’s Association since 2005.
